30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day guarantee only in cases where the product arrives damaged. To qualify for a free replacement of your products, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage upon arrival. Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.
We take pride in the quality of our products, and we’re happy to share that only 0.1% of our customers have ever needed to use this guarantee!
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipping.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if your product is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
Cancellations & Returns
Please note that once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. Please wait for arrival before initiating a return. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Items eligible for return must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hey@tryfemlush. Once your return is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail it to the return address we will share with you in our confirmation email.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to return your item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect size or color), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Hygiene Policy
Please note that all shaper shorts fall within the same category as underwear. For hygiene and health protection reasons, we are unable to accept returns on these items once they have been worn. Please reach out to our customer support team at hey@tryfemlush.com and we will be happy to sort out a replacement for you promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be faulty or damaged.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
- The item must show no signs of wear or use.
Exchanges
If your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
